Refund policy

We gladly accept returns as long as they meet the following criteria: The buyer must return the goods within 30 days of order date. Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received. Goods must be returned in the original non-damaged box in which they were shipped. The buyer must securely pack the merchandise the same way they originally received it (for freight items: palletized, strapped and shrink wrapped).  The buyer will pay all shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns are completely at our discretion. Buyer must ship the product via a carrier that is able to provide tracking service and proof of delivery. If the product is returned with missing, damaged, dirty, bent, non-working parts or the item appears to have been installed, no refund will be honored. Buyer is responsible for filing a shipping claim with the carrier if the product is damaged or lost during transit.
FOR RETURN OF MINI SPLIT EQUIPMENT: it MUST meet the following criteria; You must securely pack/prepare the merchandise for transport. The product should be just as it was originally received; palletized, strapped and shrink wrapped. Items returned should be in their original, undamaged boxes. We do not charge a restocking fee if returned goods are complete, unused, and with the original factory seal still intact. If factory seal has been compromised you will be charged a 30% fee.  If product appears to have been installed, NO refund will be issued. Goods must be returned within 30 days of the original order date. You, the buyer, are responsible for all shipping/freight charges. DO NOT use a ground service such as UPS/USPS/FEDEX as damage to the merchandise is inevitable and we will refuse the shipment.  The return must ship via a freight carrier that is able to provide tracking service and proof of delivery. If the product is damaged or lost during transit, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the freight carrier.
